Very clean! I liked everything!

You can try giving one bottle of complimentary water bottle. You can try having a mini fridge in the room, if i am paying 140 euros per night.

Excellent breakfast. Kind staff.

Waited another 1.5 hour and asked another person for other rooms. Also sounds weird but having no stairs and only elevators can be a pain with so many people. Also they kept asking about our bookings. Seems their old IT system can’t handle such things. The parking basement is VERY cramped.

Location, away from noise, close to downtown by very easy train or ferry

So busy that it is poorly maintained and all tables are dirty, dishes are not bussed and buffet is slow to be refilled The air conditioner in my room did not work and it took 3 hours for anyone to check it and realize that it was 104 degrees F in my room.

Excelente habitación, bien ubicado y un excelente desayuno. Difícil con el ascensor, pues pasan muy llenos.

Breakfast was very simple with little variety, although most of the food tasted good. The room was clean and comfortable. The view Check-in took around 30 minutes, and there was usually only one receptionist available. The room was very small. There was no wardrobe, no trash bag, no complimentary water, and no room cleaning service. It was, however, clean and comfortable. There were no hotel facilities. The viewing area was also closed, even though it was marked as open at the reception. The price doesn’t match what the hotel offers.

Walking in, the hotel looked and smelled clean. Staff were kind. The room was well presented, cool temp and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and included lots of choices to get your day going. We loved that addition. In the room, there was no mini fridge to keep things cold, which was a bummer. Also, our curtain required some repair, which caused an early morning due to too much light coming into the room.

The price of the water is very high price

Cleanliness of room

We arrived in an extreme heat wave of 104 degrees. This hotel was one of only a handful that had air conditioning. Hard to believe, given that Europe gets hot every summer these days! Anyway the hotel was beautifully air conditioned . Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great Check-in took over half an hour at 5 p.m. There were only two staff members for a line of 20 people. Since 5:00 p.m. is a normal check-in time, they need to put more staff on it during the afternoon/ early evening

Location and easy access to public transportation. Food choices for breakfast are very good.

Comfortable, nice location out of the main area of Amsterdam. Breakfast was great, onsite bar/restaurant was great, and the room was nice. Pull out bed was not as comfortable.

Open space to log into work went well; next to Jumbo supermarket is convenient. Beds are used and not good, back hurts next morning. Room service had to be requested twice even on the second day. Breakfast had variety just didn’t taste like anything.
