The dirtiest place I’ve ever been No hygiene every thing was dirty and no good communication

Absolutely horrible. I fear we have bedbugs. We couldn’t even use the bathroom because it was so disgusting. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the beds, but had no choice. In an industrial area No handbasin no shower only a bottom sheet just a blankets Toilet and shower down stairs

Dirty place. Also people coming and going all hours which kept us awake. Rooms were overly hot which also made sleeping different.

It was small nice place. Clean with a good location. Highly recommend for budget friendly short group stays. The checkin time was 15:00 and the checkout time was 10:00, which was not very convenient. Then there was only one bath place and two toilets for 5 dormitories, so it was difficult to access in rush hours.

The location was great and very easy to reach by public transport. It's a convenient place to stay for one night. Check-in didn’t go smoothly — we had agreed on a time, but were asked to wait longer because the room wasn’t cleaned yet. We also weren’t informed until right before check-in that towels were not included and needed to be rented separately. The room was quite cold, and there was no shared kitchen (at least none that we could access). Inside the room, there was only a fridge and no other equipment.

The halls smelled like piss most of the time. Bathrooms too. The room was ok

If you just want a bed with a shower it is enough, but if you want more amenities, for example, I requested a kettle to have cup of tea, it was not provided. Poor customer service

Exceptional

When we arrived, the electricity wasn't working, but this problem was quickly taken care of because when we came back in the evening, we had light. But that was the only positive experience. Unfortunately, we realised that the owners didn't seem to know any hygiene standards. There were animals crawling out of the duvet, the same animals were on the ceiling, there was a shoe print on one bed and there were several blood stains on both beds. It is not far-fetched to assume that the beds had not been freshly made and that the room had not seen a mop for some time. Because of the animals, we finally decided not to stay in the accommodation. We are both used to a lot from travelling, but we have never experienced anything like this.

The location was great None of the facilities listed in the booking.com add were available
