They offered us rooms next to each other during our family stay. The toilets were very clean and of a good standard. The room had an air conditioner. The location was close to the centrum, one stop on the Metro or a free ride boat to the centrum There was no kettle, tea or coffee available in the room. The stairs were very awkward and unsafe for kids to use.

Great place if you need a relatively cheap option in the area. The ferry across the river is walking distance away, we felt safe and the staff were very friendly.

Honestly , not much. Poor location, room without window and extremity expensive - almost 200 EUR for a ground floor room without a window in not a nice area of Amsterdam far from centre.

I liked that the staff would make basic comfort foods on the demand regardless of the time. They were very accommodating and helpful. I am not sure if I was just not giving the correct information but we ended up using Uber to get to places because we didn’t know how close the train station was

Not much options for breakfast but it was okay. Their staffs were accommodating to our requests. During our stay, it was very hot and the hotel do not have icemaker. We just wanted cold drinks like water to drink.

Room size was very good plus location. You will find many restaurants (even halal ones) near the hotel and its walking distance from Metro.
