Location, friendly staff, kitchen/patio area for morning coffee. Historic property w small room and no elevator

Great value. Awesome location. Nice staff. Got their early and they let us keep our bags there all day. The room slept 5 and it was great

The staff was friendly . Location was great Smell on first floor room but they fixed it .

the room is small but cozy. The location is excellent, since you are a walking distance to the main points in Amsterday; good access to public transport and a bonus of the Amstel river view with the famous city canals. The one thing I disliked was the suicide stars to the upper floors and no option of lifts. It was not comfortable to drag a bag luggage up and down. Hate the way the A/C can't be turned on or off, but that's Europe.

found bed bugs. no elevator. steep as hell stairs. walls thin as hell can hear everything. cant reach hotel front from the room have to go down.

Very accommodating to our party of 4. No parking

Location on the canal and just off the Amstel was great. A family room with enough room for 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) with a private bathroom. Windows were very thin which made for draft for the kids beds by the windows. Also very noisy out front from people smoking and hanging out the street side at very late hours. I also thought the hotel rate was overly expensive for what it was. Especially with no breakfast or anything included in the rate.

Good location and nice room and bathroom

Hotel is an a very central location which was ideal for my group as we were keen to walk around and see the sights. Reception staff is 10/10 and made us feel very welcome! Lovely little stroopwafels placed on each of our beds upon arrival was a cute touch. We were placed in the room right next to reception, which meant we could hear all the foot traffic coming throughout the day. Walls are quite thin so not ideal for a deep sleep but you get what you pay for!

Limited facilities

There's no elevator and stairs are narrow
-
Very central location, very clean facilities with daily cleaning, and very helpful staff. Small rooms but most places are like that. We just used it to sleep and shower.

The noise: from the stairs, the other rooms, the walking

We really liked the location of this hotel, as it was in the center of the city, and yet surprisingly easy to get to. There were 3 of us, so the size of the room was sufficient for what we needed (especially since we didn't spend much time in the room for a quick weekend trip). The parking wasn't ideal in that we had to park approximately 8 minutes away and pay an additional 50 Euros/day; but overall, it was ok. There weren't many additional amenities on site with the exception of free wi-fi, but that was also ok as we didn't spend much time in the hotel itself.

the walls are very thin and the room beside us was very loud
