The hotel is well placed in the city central area. There are trams right in front and you can be in any main attraction very quickly. The room was silent, had a lovely balcony, and the staff was friendly. The room shower had no curtain or barrier, so every time we used it the whole bathroom got wet, and formed a puddle of water. It was also very small, but that didn't bother much.

The glass door is at the entrance is modern, the AC is a godsend, the shower is amazing and the location is amazing. However wish the bar was open past 11! Bar shut 11pm

The location was perfect however was on the Main Street so was very loud No air on in our room, the lift was tiny and broke down when we were in it, the room sizes were tiny.

The foyer was super nice, very aesthetic. The staff were next level friendly too. And the bathroom design is so so timeless The rooms as a whole are a bit dark and small.

Close to cafes, restaurants and local sites. Clean room - nice reception lounge area. Very steep stairs to get to accommodation room - not ideal if you have suitcases. Very hot room as no air conditioning- opened windows and used fan but still very warm.

Na Check in was not very good. Very strict about 3pm admittance.

Had we known we was on the top floor we would have requested lower . Carrying cases up 3 flights of stairs after traveling was not good

Lovely lobby clean staff was helpful The size of the room was tiny we got a upgrade an we still had to walk sideways around the bed , no fridge
