Location Its underground, no windows. Felt like a boat. Emergency light turned on qhen lights off so it never went dark. Air con wasnt working, terribly tough to sleep

Location is absolutely great. it has an elevetaro. They have reception staff 24 hours near by comercial street, bars, and city center in general. Facilities are old, it was not clean. Beds are not comfortable. Lights were flickering, the rooms were in a basement (that should be noticed on the publication). Nearest parking lot is 1.5km awa by walk, as it is a complex transit city. Staff was not friendly, lights flickered the whole time we were in the room, at the point were at some point one of our rooms the electricity went off.
