Very kind and helpful staff. Great location, easy to find. Mattress was very comfy for a hostel with nice linens, and the room was spacious. Nice to have sinks in the room and great hot water. Very quiet and safe. Elevator doesn't go to the basement floor. No fridge to put food in. The toilets have ridiculous timed lights that go off in 15 seconds and you have to wave your arms to get them back on. Showers go dark after 3 min. Very annoying when all of a sudden you are in pitch black. Toilet paper was super thin & dissolved instantly when wet so you end up using much more than if they had better paper. Also, there is no sink in the toilet so you have to use your key & touch two door handles before washing your hands - not very sanitary. The showers need a better curtain or barrier, or at least a raised grid on the floor because there was no way to take a shower & keep the floor dry and there was always a puddle. No place inside the actual shower to set soap or shampoo. No AC but at least the room had a good fan. Would appreciate a curtain on the bunk, especially in the mixed rooms, and more pegs to hang up jackets & towels.

I would definitely recommend this hostel! Everything was so clean during my stay - the common areas, bathrooms, and rooms were all well-maintained and tidy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions and patiently answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I truly felt at home. If I ever come back to this city, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing.

The location was great, the room looked exactly like the photos and was very clean on arrival. The layout of the private room was perfect for a group and the pride set up was super cute! Overall worth the price. The shower cubicles flooded, and there were quite a few rules even for a private room which you wouldn't have in a hotel. There also wasn't too much ventilation in the room, however as there were no other rooms on our floor we were able to wedge the door open.

location cleaning! i checked in, in the night, there was no bed sheet, no pillow cover, no duvet cover. I realized it in the morning, and requested one set. But when i got them there was a strand of hair on the sheet. The trash boxes in the bathroom should be emptied more frequently.

The location and how clean the property was. Also, the staff were amazing There should be a cover in the shower to prevent water from splashing on your clothes and slippers
