Great location in the centre of Amsterdam. Minutes away from canals, a tram stop and the main shopping areas and squares. Spacious room with a very comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff who were lovely. Free still and sparkling water available at reception & to fill up water bottles. Umbrellas to borrow. Bathroom was small, a bit tired and needed a deep clean. We were on the first floor facing the street (Gravenstraat) and it was very noisy at night. Appreciate this is the trade off for being so central, but it wasn’t ideal as I was travelling with a child and perhaps the hotel could invest in better soundproofing. Breakfast was limited - no cooked options or much fresh fruit.

Wow what an amazing location for a stay in Amsterdam. The hotel is located just off Dam Square on a quiet street. It is opposite a cake shop with a reasonable priced restaurant a few metres away.We ate there and it was good. Other shops on the street include a chocolate shop and local coffee shop. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.Ironing boards are available if you need one Fresh iced water available with filter coffee at reception.There is also a drink machine which also sells beer at 1€.50 . A very reasonable price for a stay in a central location everything is in walking distance. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was great and had a hairdryer in the bathroom. A great staff would definitely go back.

Clean room, good location and reception staff were very lovely and accommodating. 2 single beds pushed together. Could not sit on the edge of bed due to severe downwards slopping. Both of us had to sleep towards the "middle" part to stop from rolling out of bed.

Super close to everything, only a 10 min walk to the central station. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. Really enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean and had a lot more facilities than I was expecting Was third floor so didn’t have a window to look out of as it was in the ceiling
