Location was good. Room was quiet. Cleaning staff provided basics Crap reception staff. Uncaring staff. Kitchen closed. We had to force them to help us with parking that they falsely advertise here. Miserly towels. No bartender - they cut staff for August vacation and book large groups if tourists- explain that if you can. They've switched to "self checkin" to apparently minimize customer interaction. NeVER SFAY THERE. Overpriced and understaffed.

As with all Bilderbergs, this stay was exceptional. Great service, comfortable, super clean, great location walking distance to museum square or Oud Zuid for an evening out with locals. All good, nothing to say here
