Great location they have free wine and cheese hour. It’s a really cute and comfortable hotel. The hotel advertised that they had air-conditioning, but the AC is only on the fourth floor

Location was excellent. Walking distance for exploring while being secluded for reducing noise. The staff at the front desk and cleaning crew were amazing. Nothing at all.

The room got very hot and we had a hard time controlling the AC. The property seems to use eco-friendly as a way to save money. The room was very small and there was limited space to put clothes anywhere. There was a balcony but it seemed to be rotting and we were afraid to stand on it.

It is very close to the museum quarter and close to a tram stop for several trams that go to other areas of city. If you’re interested in museums, Vondelpark or other central sites it is wonderful. Several restaurants around, including Italian and burgers. Staff are happy to provide recommendations. Our room had a small balcony with 2 doors we opened to cool the room. Our friend’s room overlooked the street with bowed windows that I believe opened for air. We were both pleased. Perfect for us. No dislikes.

I love this hotel. It felt like home. It has lovely, cozy design touches, good breakfast and a great location close to both the museum, restaurants and Vondel park If you’re a light sleeper, choose a room away from the street.

Staff was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. Among them, Monica, Rekha, Khana, Morjolijn and Maja were all excellent. A special thank you to Yael from housekeeping, who helped with all of our needs. The shower in the room was excellent and we had plenty of towels. Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat. Small hotel but great location and walking distance to the museums and the Royal Concertgebouw. Plenty of places to eat. N/A.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low. And due to the design, there is no door in the shower area and a lack of privacy.

10/10 amazing room so comfortable spacious and clean. Staff super friendly, they were all here to assist and answer questions. The location is the best a very calm neighborhood the bis that goes to the airport is literally in front of the door and you have the metro station with a direct line to almost everyone 4 minutes next to the hotel with an Albert heijn across the street. Loved it so much
