Its near the city centre of Amsterdam and few minutes away from the Central Station

Location was great . Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Could do with updating. Breakfast was okay, again could be better

Excellent location and close to Central station and red light/tourist areas. Tram right outside the door. Friendly staff. After advising they would store luggage for a few days upon arrival was told they would not. Had to source other options which was very pricey and inconvenient.

The staff are so lovely nothing is too much, I booked the birthday package for the bedroom to be decorated €25 and it looked lovely! Balloons, rose petals a card & a bottle of wine a really lovely touch! The rooms are lovely and clean and the beds comfortable, I bought a hot chocolate and forgot to put the cup down and the man helped me and got me a fresh one as mine went into the tray. Highly recommend this hotel am still staying here currently as writing this but will 100% come back. It’s central and close to everything. Value for money & as I’ve said the staff couldn’t be more any nicer and always say hi every time they see you and wish you a nice day / night! Truthfully there’s nothing I didn’t like about the property!

Central Location, walkable distance to everything, close tram stop. Air Conditioning was broken, it was extremely hot.

The location is brilliant No tea or coffee in the room but lots of coffee houses nearby

The hotel was very centrally located. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station and all the major areas we wanted to visit.

Location to the train station. Where do I start. The owners and senior management need to seriously look at the bad reviews and do something about the number of things that are wrong with this Hotel. It is tired, dirty and run down, needs some serious maintenance. We refused to sleep in the first room they put us in, it smelt awful. Was mouldy and damp. The junior staff on duty could not make a decision to change our room and could not get hold of management for 4 hours to have that ok’d. Our second room was slightly better, but the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even with the door closed, making it dangerous to step out of, unless you used towels to wipe the floor first. Our bedroom blind was held together with grey duck tape. Saturday morning breakfast staff, were rude and just did not want to be there, slammed dishes down on the buffet table. Breakfast was horrible. Plenty of better options up the street. The front desk staff take so much abuse from unhappy guests, (heard many other guests airing their views on our way in and out of the hotel)that they are unfriendly and unwilling to help with even the simplest request.

Location was great, not far from Central Station

All was super perfect clean, all friendly staff, especially Joe was very kind , he was very positive and helpful The bed wasn't comfortable unfortunately the mattress kept on sliding. I think needs replacement and the pillows as well .

Falta de aire acondicionado o insuficiente en las áreas comunes, desayuno correcto teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de tres estrellas.
