Well located The hotel is above a bar and we have to go through the bar to get to the stairs. It would’ve been better if we could have access directly from outside, which was possible but only on the way out.

Location, and good room Wifi was hopeless, no tea and coffee facilities in the room, no lift - had to climb 4 flights of stairs with suitcases

Good location and for Amsterdam a reasonable price. A tiny attic room during the heatwave with no fan or AC was almost unbearably hot.

Very good location. Walking distance to the Central Train Station. Staff was kind and helpful. Single room in the 4th story with only access through a staircase. I did not have big luggage, but I think it would be a struggle to carry up. My main issue was that it was very hot and there was no air conditioning or fan. Keeping the window open was not enough.

Good location, great service, food was amazing! The stairs. Very steep and many of them so ask for lower floor if you have heavy luggage etc.

location was really good it was very loud. The people staying at the hotel were also making a lot of noise, and there were sounds of doors slamming.

Excellent location right next to Dam square so able to easily access all tourist spots. Was above a pub but wasn’t noisy at all. Had a spacious room. No AC or fan therefore in the hot Europe summer the room would be extreme hot. We had the windows open and was a nice temp but we had cooler temps during our stay (15degrees overnight). The floor could have done with a proper sweep or hoover.
