Hotel Mai Amsterdam

Location was good. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. 2 separate lifts to get to our room.

Location near to train station and dam square. Good view from room of canal. Comfy beds. Good duration for breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice self service bar area. Bit dark in hotel and room.

Great place to stay, everyone is super friendly, very fast WiFi, delicious breakfast, and great location Beds are ok, breakfast is a bit expensive for what’s provided, bathrooms are tight but I understand this is Amsterdam. It’s a bit on the more pricey side for what’s provided

Great location and staff were wonderful. The room was quite dark and could do with better lighting but apart from that would definitely stay again. Room too dark and a mini fridge would have been great.

Location was ideal but the staff were the biggest talking point. I usually dont post reviews but for Aaron I feel obligated to do so. He was very helpful with supporting us with our luggage. I had gone to propose in Amsterdam but due to some unforeseen changes my plans changed and I kindly reached out to the customer Service where Aaron helped me out. That single help ensured I was able to safely hide away the proposal ring from my fiance while travelling around Dusseldorf. The staff on the floor as well were respectful, kind and smiling at all times. What a wholesome experience thanks to them. The property was cool, but it could do with a few amenities, anything that can get you out of your room basically. However, this is a stretch. The rooms were a lot bigger that I had imagined and the location was close to everything and still gives you a sense of serenity.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel MAI. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Amsterdam and within easy walking distance of so many places, yet the hotel still feels calm and relaxing once you step inside. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and exceptionally clean. I especially loved the Feng Shui-inspired décor, it gives the hotel such a unique, peaceful and elegant feel. Our rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the staff were genuinely warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere modern and luxurious without feeling impersonal. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. A fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location and somewhere I would happily stay again. Highly recommended! Nothing, all great!

It was like a little hideaway in bustling Amsterdam. Everything was to my full satisfaction. Lovely, very quiet, comfortable room, no outside noise or street lights, peaceful sleep guaranteed (My room was facing the back, as I requested). Conveniently located to train station (5 min) and everything one would like to explore in Amsterdam. Very welcoming staff, lots of varieties at breakfast. Highly recommended. N/A
