Very near by the Central Station Very noisy. Couldn’t sleep during friday night since drunk people were making noise outside. We could hear people go up and down on stairs.

The location was great, close to central station (10 minute walk) the staff was great too. They let me check in early (about 2 hours) when I arrived, so it was nice. The room was OK, air conditioning was very useful. For the money you pay it is very disappointing. The shower and sink don't drain. No refrigerator or water, the walls are thin and you can hear everyone walking by and their conversations in the room. Overall if you have a mindset for "the hotel is only for sleeping" go for it, but even for that this is overpriced....

When l had a room booking issue they fixed it. I explained why the room wasn't suitable and they gave me and my 13year old daughter a better room. I loved the beds were on frames so you could utilise under the bed most hotels you can't. It was all good. Could of had coffee and tea in the room

The location was close to Central Station. The room was very run down- the tv didn’t work, the toilets didn’t flush well, the sink was cracked, there are very few outlets. When you entered the lobby the person working didn’t even look up or acknowledge you at all, it was a little creepy.

Super central and clean and felt relaxing Would’ve liked some tea or coffee sachets / kettle but not a huge issue.

Location was good and stuff friendly. The room we got was awful. Before making reservation make sure you won’t get the room in a basement without windows and bad smell.

Good location, close to Amsterdam Centraal station and main area of Amsterdam. Had an elevator and a vending machine in lobby that was reasonably priced. Room was comfortable. 24 hour reception and staff were very helpful and polite. Staff even helped us book an airport taxi for an early departure out of Amsterdam. Shower didn’t have a full screen so water would splash out when you showered so be careful of slippery floors
