The room was quite large. There was a safe and hair conditioner in the shower, which is a plus. Staff very helpful. got into room early for no extra charge. Close to a tram stop. no tea and coffee in room. You need to go to the lobby to make a tea. No air conditioning

Great location, close to Dam Square. Good breakfast available. Room on second floor was hot. Took a long time to cool down at night.

Excellent location, walkable to everywhere in central town. Comfy comfy beds! Big rooms too, amazing breakfast. Staff were super helpful, friendly and willing to help. I honestly loved staying here. Elevator is small but it’s not a big deal.

Nice Location Free coffee machine at the reception It only had a portable air conditioner which made a lot of noise. Adding to that, it also wasn’t good enough to keep the room cold in the middle of the day.
