The noise outside (tram)

The staff are very helpful.

Beds were comfortable and bathroom was updated and clean. Has a lift, so no carrying suitcases. The location is great tram stops outside hotel. Nice quiet location within walking distance to centre. Room was dark and dingy. Terrace window/door was dirty and terrace was unkempt. The room we had was studio with terrace it was very small for two people with large suitcases. Towels are getting thin. The television colour is not right, needs replacing.

We liked how shape of the room with the skylights even though it was a little tight. My husband bumped his head on the ceiling a lot! The bath was great. The location was great. The people were friendly. A little more room for my husband's head would have been good.

They need to improve the care of the facilities.

The location was great, close to the train station, and the tram stop was right across from the hotel. The Zoo and the Botanical Garden were very close by, and the metro was a 10 to 15-minute walk. I was disappointed there was no fridge, especially since it's a 3-star hotel. I didn't like the pillows, and both the room and the bathroom were very small. For that price, I expected more space.

The shower was impractically placed and the shower water was coming out with low force.

Conveniently located. Good security and clean. Nothing wrong that I would need to comment on.

Location in Jewish quarter near the botanic gardens is quiet but accessible on foot to everything There was one less friendly reception desk person but not that significant

Location was really good and a good neighborhood I like the hotel, staff and room just feed back ,they need to invest in new towels and and shower curtain.

Lovely hotel very close to the Botanical gardens, great cafes and bars close by. Staff very friendly and rooms a good size and very clean. Will definitely recommend

Terrible no lobby rooms small As I said above, there was hardly any lobby no place to stand while you waited for someone to come help you the rooms were extremely small would never recommend it.

Rooms were small but that is standard

The location was ideal for a quieter stay in Amsterdam. It's in the Plantage area, which is just outside the busier parts of Amsterdam but right outside the tram stop in Artis. It felt like a more authentic part of the city that provides a better perspective on life there. The room felt a bit dated with some older fixtures but that's to be expected at this price. I didn't mind the smaller bathroom but can imagine that it would have felt cramped for more than one person.

Safe & quiet location about 20 minutes walking from the central area. Felt very comfortable walking around the area at all times of the day. The room and bathroom were small but comfortable. Very small elevator, but we were grateful we did not have to use the tiny spiral staircase with our luggage. Nothing to note - it was a classic small Amsterdam hotel.

Price was high for size of room

Bed too soft. Hurt back.

I got to AMS early am, able to store my luggage and go out to walk around and eat breakfast until room ready. No issues
