Hotel Plantage - Digital Access

The location was good. The carpet in the bedroom was sticky and the shower drain was not effective so the floor got very wet. The signage was inaccurate and because of that we had to climb more stairs than required, and then go back down to actually find out where our room was. Correct signage is very important. I was not happy that someone came into my room during my stay. There was no indication that we should expect anyone in our room. My reusable water bottle was discarded, and I was not pleased about that. So really communication is their challenge. Finally, they really need to paint the walls in the stairwell.

Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at the reception most of the time, making it extremely difficult to get any assistance. The room had several issues: the main light was not working, there was no Wi-Fi, and the television did not work. The property also has no lift, which made carrying luggage difficult. When I requested a room change, I was told I had to check out at 11:00 AM and wait until 3:00 PM for another room, which was very inconvenient. Despite repeatedly reporting these problems, no effective solution was provided. Customer service was extremely poor. The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient.

Location Super small spartan room, super steep stairs, TV did not work, wifi did not work, which meant digital keys to room did not work.

One of the worst hotels I have been in my life. It was very dirty, disgusting actually. Windows could not open, no airco, curtains broken and could not close fully, poor window isolation so a lot of noise and in bathroom in bad state. Broken glass in room. 204 Euro a night. Tried contacting hotel for refund, but was denied. stay Away from here!!

The location is great and the host is wonderful, thoughtful and helpful. The extras like snacks and drinks are most appreciated. This apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. You cannot go wrong! The bed was a bit soft for our tastes.

Great hotel and location, comfortable. Self check in was not easy or clear. It took a long time to figure out how to get in the door.

Excellent staff, they're very friendly. You can even leave your luggage at the front desk if you arrive early or check out late. The room was perfect with a beautiful view, and most importantly, it was very quiet.

Close to center of the city and that the room was very clean. Lots of stairs but it is understandable

They don’t have AC and enough fans it was very hot in Paris during my trip for 2 nights so they supposed to have more fans only one is enough the bed was very uncomfortable I can’t sleep well very hard also the building was in construction so a lot of noise very early in the morning so the location was good but it was very hot during the night Also the host took to much time to respond y messages, the internet died by work either

No cleaning Staff was rude No sleepers oil cum water nothing
