Service was great. Loved the area where you can have coffee and sit and eat and relax. I have met alot of other tourist. It felt homely and I never felt alone on my trip.location was perfect. Easy to get there from the station. Bathrooms were clean. Bonus was the aircon in the room. Loved everything.

Great stay, great location The room was small for three, the door shower needs to be changed or remove to allow proper access to the shower, we loved to be able to have free tea& coffee all day

I was impressed with the quality of the premises, from the lobby to the rooms, and bathroom. Everything was nice and clean. The location was perfect, near Amsterdam central within a walking distance.

Exceptionally clean and good quality of all amenities Just that I was booking mixed room ending up with only men in my room. Feminine room was more expensive with same amount of beds, I find it unfair. There must be equal prices.

Very kind staff, centrally located on a quiet street, relaxed but no party vibe hostel/dormitory. I'd def come back :) Sometimes it felt too humid during the nights

We liked the location. The breakfast area had a very unpleasant smell, possibly because the restroom was located very close to it. The breakfast was not very good. The rooms were also very small. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Good value for central location. Easy to jump on a tram or walk the nine streets. Little noisy overnight, but it was a weekend.

Staff were super nice. Bed was comfortable enough and it’s always nice to have a curtain for privacy. Our floor had at least 6 rooms and only 3 toilets and 2 showers, but I was able to use them right away every time I needed it. The 6-bed dorm room I stayed in had a TV. One guy kept turning it on late at night and other people had to ask him to mute it or turn it off. I don’t think a shared room like that should have something that can create conflict among strangers sharing the space
