Excellent location, great breakfast, awesome quad room with so much space for Europe Beds are not that comfortable

Breakfast was great, and so is location. You can walk anywhere from this hotel or conveniently commute with a taxi or public transportation. The WiFi did not work at all in my room (509). Booking this hotel for 10 nights and realizing wifi is a complete garbage disappointed me. Staff was helpful and gave me code for premium wifi which did not help at all. The AC was hard to operate - it would take temperature several hours to drop one degree and did not go less than 21 degrees at any point. Cleaning was good, but cups were rarely replaced. I was very clearly putting them to the side as dirty and cleaning service replaced them maybe twice during my 10-night stay. Some very obvious amenities that I expected in the room were not present, cleaning staff did not take my laundry bag (I had to bring it down to reception) and did not deliver it (I had to go down pick it up). Even trash was sometimes not emptied. I stayed in NH hotels many times, this was my most disappointing NH trip unfortunately. In my family room, power sockets didn't work and an electrician had to come fix that.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam and would be delighted to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable! Nothing

The gym or workout room was small and had no windows. At most it could fit two people.

Overall, very nice hotel. Staff at checkin was friendly and super helpful. Room was big (booked the family room) and we had plenty of space. Good location adn close to restuarants, bars and things to see. The towels and linen could be upgraded a bit, but overall met expectations

Nothing Stayed at this hotel expecting a five-star standard. What we got fell well short. There was no luggage service at all — we had to carry our own bags up to the room on arrival and back down at checkout. No trolley was ever offered. Basic amenities were nickel-and-dimed: umbrellas were only available for an extra charge, which I've never encountered at any five-star property. After a shopping trip, we brought our bags to reception and asked staff to send them up to our room. They refused, something most mid-range hotels handle without a second thought. Housekeeping was only available in a fixed 9am–5pm window, with a "green" opt-out to skip cleaning altogether. Sustainability is a fair goal, but a five-star hotel should be able to offer eco-friendly options without making basic cleanliness feel like a favor. None of this reflects five-star service. For the price point and star rating, this was a disappointing stay, and not one I'd repeat or recommend.

Location, comfortable beds, pillows, varaity of food Windows can not be opened to have fresh air. Outside noise is in the room.

The room was very large and clean. The hotel is located in a perfect location to walk anywhere in the downtown area. Breakfast coulfnhave been improved.

Great location, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable beds/bedding. Family (quad) room was very spacious and great for family hang outs. Family room had a nice view of the canal and clock tower, but was still quiet. We also had a double room which was very quiet although no canal view. Rooms had Nespresso machine, kettle and small fridge. We had the option of opting for free drinks at the restaurant if we passed on housekeeping services. Concierge was helpful in figuring out tram routes. Overall very nice stay in Amsterdam close to shops, restaurant and tram, and the flower market was only steps from the hotel.

The space was good for being in the city, the AC worked great and it was clean. The check in experience was just okay for the price, they were not super accommodating. We asked for a quiet room, etc they were not flexible at all. The room was a bit loud we had a window facing a street. Breakfast was overpriced compared to the rest of our trip. I felt the area would have been better if we were younger or a couple but not ideal for families (more of a party area).

Room was very good. Quiet, clean, relatively spacious. Water pressure was great and the hot water was also really good. Amazing firm mattress. They were an hour late on the check-in... And the wifi was horrible and really not reliable
