Nothing Room was filthy. Couldn’t even sleep in bed as heaps of visible dirt in sheets. Not a proper bed either. Arrived at midnight so no staff to get clean sheets due to train delay. Elevator didn’t go to our floor and extremely small and sketchy

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Simple but fresh and clean. Having an efficient AC during the heatwave was a must. The lift that is more a disabled platform lift. Quite slow and scary for 3 floors. The staircases were incredibly steep. The access to the ground floor also has steep stairs. Not for people with mobility issues.

We had a great stay at NL Hotel District Leidseplein. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the city center, museums, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a city break. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam. Highly recommended! -

Good budget friendly hotel near the centre of Amsterdam. Staff were friendly and accommodating and facilities were clean and well kept. Very small room especially with 2 large suitcases and bathroom with no windows to open meaning ventilation was difficult. However, we made it work for a short time

Nothing, so much so we left and never stayed 1 night! It was not very welcoming, lift was a dumb waiter not a lift. Stairs were a death trap especially with children. Bathroom was badly maintained. Air-conditioning was moldy. It was unfit to stay in for a family of 4. We were very disappointed.
