Location Room was pretty small. The first day they did not make up the room despite having the sign on. No bedside tables. The bedside lamp was broken, I told the receptionist about it but they didn't replace it so we had only the lights on the ceiling which are very uncomfortable.

The receptionist was a good guy. He explained about amsterdam. Provided the map of amsterdam. He alao spoke some words of my native language. The location of the room was just infront of the reception on the geound floor. We had a poor night sleep because of the aound from the road and people coming and going in the hotel itself. The coffee maker was not working. Toilet was also uncomfortable. I think the price was too expensive for the room and facilities provided.

The location of the property was great. Very walkable. Access to food and coffee nearby, and a grocery store. Though they also had complimentary espresso pods and soda and water in our rooms. Plenty of space in the room. Very friendly staff, and they made sure we were in a room with proper air conditioning. None

The location was great, the staff were friendly and willing to assist. The room had blockout curtains and there was an aircon. Extremely noisy! The rooms are not sound proof. We were next to reception and heard every conversation, people coming and going. Our one window wouldn’t close so the noise from outside was loud and that city never sleeps! From people walking and laughing outside to honking of hooters throughout the night, safe to say we did not get a good nights rest at all. It really is a problem that the reception is only available from 10am to 6pm as we experienced issues with the guests upstairs. Expecting me to go outside the building at 3am to ring the reception from the door bell is not my idea of stress free/fun! Rather have phones in the room with direct access to that number. Also, there was a storm and it tripped the warm water pump and obviously as there is only a reception from 10am, they only fixed the problem after 11am. Even though they restocked the minibar, we were still exhausted and frustrated. We had 3 nights at this hotel and it was anything but enjoyable. Also, it’s in my opinion not a hotel, but a nicer dorm room with a private bathroom and cleaning service.
