I was clean, close to the city centre, yet peaceful. With the tram and bus stops right in front of the hotel, you can reach every destination in minutes.

Nice cafes, restaurants nearby. Close to tram and 5 min walk or one tram stop to metro. A little noisy on rooms facing street

Lovely quadruple room. Great for a family of four. Clean. Extra large shower room. Room had lots of floor space. Plenty of light on two sides of the room, plus a balcony. Really nicely located for the tram stop just outside. Will book again when we return to Amsterdam. Outside of the building needs painting. Does not reflect the inside.

Everything bar the check out process. Check out at 11am was never communicated to us. At 11.06am we were called on the phone in the room to advise us to check out immediately. I advised 11.30am would be earliest we would be ready. Reception phoned again at 11.25. Hotel was nowhere near full so no need for this tactic in my opinion See above

Location was really good , especially for a family , 10mins outside the hectic. Easy access into central by foot or tram

The property was beautiful. It was a lot cheaper than other hotels so I was shocked at how lovely it was. Location was great, there is a tram stop right outside which run frequently.

Room was great and the bed was so comfortable. It was very nice the view and also the location was awesome with many bus lines reaching to everywhere. Bathroom also was very nice and spacious. Some staff were not so great. But not everyone, some were nice. The reception should be more welcoming and pleasant.
