Staff at the reception were super nice and helpful- answering questions, helping with directions. We came early to leave our bags but to our surprise the room was ready and they let us check in early. The room could have been a little cleaner. It was fine for a couple of nights, but seemed overpriced for what it was.

Only location We were disappointed with our stay for several reasons. First, the room was much smaller than expected for a 4-star hotel. Our booking was for two adults and one child, but upon arrival the receptionist informed us that all of the larger rooms had already been assigned and apologized that only a small room was available. We were then offered another room after we complained, but it was the same size and did not resolve the issue. Second, we were asked to pay a €100 security deposit upon arrival. Although the deposit was refunded at checkout, this requirement was unexpected. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The size, comfort, and overall experience were far below what was advertised and what we expected when making the reservation.
