Friendly owners, perfect location, nice room, clean No AC, noisy, sink in the shower (you need house shoes if you want to wash your hands after somebody showered)

Excellent location, good amenities, comfortable beds and the host was wonderful. Super close to Amsterdam Centraal station and restaurants. We happened to stay during a heat wave and our room was rather stuffy because the windows did not open. A fan would have been nice.

Location was perfect and it was nice and quiet at night.

Location great- easy access to grocery, restaurants, and trains to/from AMS and all city sites. Clean, quiet and comfortable room, includes all basics for your stay and comfort. Great communication during check in and out.

The location was perfect, I was able to comfortably walk to the zoo and botanical garden. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The location was located very near Central Station, a few blocks from Dam Sq. and steps from Nieuwmarkt Sq. There were plenty of restaurants, cafe/bars and coffee shops nearby. Trams were readily available at Central Station just down the street. The room was comfortable with coffee pods provided. The owner was very responsive in her communication and availability for assistance or information. There were plenty of towels and soap/shampoo. THe windows in our room were large and let in plenty of daylight, with room darkening drapes. The beds and seating were comfortable. I prefer more light in the bathroom, especially above the sink. A small set of shelves under the sink would be useful.

Good location. Room was nice It was just a room. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a Hotel in the traditional sense. No restaurant or bar. No front desk. If all you’re looking for is a room it is a fine place. It was expensive for just a room. But what isn’t expensive these days

Very convenient location and the location was great. It was extremely small but it served our purposes. We didn’t need to stay in the rooms since we were sightseeing. The beds were comfortable. Owners very helpful.

Great location. Very clean. You can leave your luggage at the property before and after checkout. Has kettle and coffee maker. Very nice hosts. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a very clean and beautiful room with my husband and our 2-year-old son. Our host was very kind also it was great that the apartment was within walking distance of both the train station and the main attractions in the city center. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Nothing

Super easy to get to. Host was available almost all the time. We were greeted warmly. Given restaurant suggestions that were very good. We had breakfast at Cafe Steven’s each morning. ATM terminal close to restaurant.

It's a 6 minutes walk from Amsterdam Cenraal, which is amazing. You're basically just far enough from the craziness of the city, but just a 2-3 minutes walk from everything. Great room, great bed.
