Therefore, for 50 minutes in a room, it would cost 40 euros. I also agreed to a 100 euro security deposit, which I haven't received yet.

The location was great, the staff were nice. My room was too small and too loud in the morning. The security deposit was an unpleasant surprise.

I booked around 1 am midnight and i was there in 30 minutes after booking. They charge me 20€ for late check in. They should have to mention it before booking. And i had to pay them 100€ for security deposit that suppose to be returned after check out and its still not received yet. So basically i stayed there for few hours and cost me around 200€ plus. Not worth it.

The location is very good and the staffs were supportive in case of need. The lack of AC during July annoyed me. There was a fan, that I think it was not enough when the temperature was high.

They charged us 100 euros as deposit, and never received, despite my contacting with them via email.

Good location nice room The shower had a leak, they ask for a 100 Euro deposit , which I feel it’s really not necessary, feels a little discriminatory and racist , I will not book that hotel again

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. Location is so convenient. It's close to the two main museums within walking distance. Very happy staying there without any issues. None

The location was excellent, with a nice park nearby for the kids, big windows allowed some air flow during a heatwave! Small space and a bit cramped when a family of 4's luggage is in there.

The staff at the Hotel tried their best to accommodate all our requests. They were friendly and welcoming. As a family of 8 travelling together accommodating all our needs can be difficult at times. The staff at the Concert Hotel were willing to assist us in any way possible. The Concert Hotel is close to the Museum quarter and walking distance within most attractions. The hotel itself is quaint with a 2 person lift or one person with luggage. We availed ourselves of the courtyard to have our lunch and dinner a la picnic style which we enjoyed. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience and felt like home with the family gathered around the large central table. Would stay there again. Lack of air conditioning in the warm weather

Location No airco Rude, not trained staff, person behind the reception desk alone online shift could barely speak English let alone Dutch. He turned my stay in a living nightmare. Haven't got yet my deposit back
