Very close to Disney. AC could have been a little stronger
-
Very closed to disneyland
-
Close proximity to Disneyland, super friendly and helpful front desk, nice valet Only one elevator that goes above 2nd floor, too tight parking spots, breakfast was ok, not really appealing, not enough toiletry provided
-
Damaged microwave but staff took care of it right away ,the parking was too small
-
The rooms we stayed in the hall way smelled like pee. One valet attendant was not very friendly. The others were. The room was hot and humid upon arrival took a while to get it to cool down. And there was hair in the restroom still.
-
Extremely close to Disneyland. Beds were good. Elevator and stairs. Parking was good. Staff front desk was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool. Continental breakfast wasn’t great.
-
Proximity to Disneyland. The roof top viewing is the false advertising. We went up expecting chairs and tables like the picture shows. False it is a sloped roof that feels questionable and no seating at all. I took a picture and screenshot what they advertised.

Across from Disney Parks. Good Value. Woke up too early from maids radio outside my door. I wanted to sleep in.

Location, front desk staff and valet. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The fridge in our room smelled of onions and was not usuable. The carpet felt moist. The soap was sticky and not great quality. The breakfast options were not great and the coffee tasted terrible.
-
So close to the entrance of Disneyland Very noisy. The continental breakfast was pretty awful. No selection. It wasn’t even worth going down for coffee. The one lady taking care of everything was so nice though!

We did not eat breakfast. We liked having the suite. Way more comfortable with extra room! A more convenient place to leave our luggage after arrival, but before our room was available.

Location Been there before

The location was excellent. Parking was not helpful- option for self parking or valet. We hoped to self park but the staff never explained it was full. It was not a big deal to use valet but there was poor communication with arrival instructions. Check in was fine, but after loading all our stuff and pushing our cart a long ways due to valet only option we got to our room and had to wait because cleaning people were still in there. We would have appreciated that being told to us so we weren’t having to wait with a luggage rack and no car at that point. Room had lots of dark long hairs- clearly couldn’t belong to anyone in our party. And breakfast was a bit over advertised for it being so sparse in selections. Overall- not a place we will return to.

I liked that it was right in front of Disneyland. I liked the food. The pool was good too. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were some broken parts on the walls.
-
Liked the indoor pool, the restrooms by the parking lot. The carpets in the rooms

Great Staff, clean and close to the park, never had to ask for extra pillows or towel Staff was on top of it before having to ask! Love that!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location being right across the street from Disneyland. The breakfast was just pastries and hard boiled eggs. The rooms are very out dated and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower head is very low with not great water pressure. The shower also only has shampoo, no conditioner or body wash. The parking lot is tiny and crowded. It's incredibly noisy, you can hear every little noisy through the walls and the AC unit was also very loud.
-
Closeness to Disneyland. Not fond of the indoor pool. Not happy when there was nowhere to store luggage before our room was ready.
-
The room was not insulated for noise from neighboring rooms. Could hear them talking. Could hear the shower running and toilets flushing. My shower didn’t work. The hot/cold knob just spun in circles. Had to ask for it to be fixed. Got no shower that first morning. Breakfast was undesirable.

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance of disneyland. I liked how the pool was indoors. I liked that our hotel room had a microwave. The breakfast was not what I expected. Very light breakfast. Was expecting a buffet style. But these were more just snacks.
