Grand Legacy At the Park

It was a great place to stay and a great location. The only draw back was that walk to the room in the back of the resort, behind the pool

Only had one set of towels for two people in our room when we arrived. Waited for coffee in lobby for 20 minutes and gave up went back to room and made room coffee.

The room was very clean. towels and garbage changed daily. I think you have to ask for new bed linens.

Great place to stay, walking distance to so many eateries, pharmacy, and theme park. Beds a little too firm, but that's personal preference. I wish TV was streaming capable, would be nice to log in to streaming services to watch movies. Overall, great hotel, would stay again.

Good location, great pool area. Other than that the room is very basic, it does not have a safe lock in it and the hotel does not offer breakfast like most others.

Great property

The room was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful and accommodating. I loved the closeness to Disneyland. Felt safe walking to my hotel at night. Would I stay again? Yes!

Very close to Disneyland parks

Hotel area is good and accesible. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. Room is comfortable and clean. Location to parks is very good. Staff very helpful and kept everything clean. Would stay again on our next trip to Anaheim.

As always, our stay at the Grand Legacy was very good. During our stay, they had a pool bar with free slushies from 3-5pm. This was a welcome added feature (however, we did notice an increase of wasps at the pool area)! The room was clean and convenient and they were very helpful to accommodate any needs that we had. Grand Legacy is a favourite Disney stay for us and I’m sure we will be back!

The room itself was… okay. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible. But the musty smell? Absolutely committed to the bit. 😂 I checked out hours ago and I can still smell it on myself. At this point, I’m pretty sure I didn’t stay in the room—I became the room. For the price and location, I still love the convenience of this hotel, but this particular room smelled like it had been sealed up since 1987 and then opened specifically for my arrival. Hopefully just a one-off, because my previous two stays definitely did not smell like this.

The room we had was very quiet in the morning and nice because we stayed late in the park and slept in.

We enjoyed the close walk to the park, our beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for 4 adults. The 5th on the roof was a wonderful way to take a break or finish our night. It would be nice if there was betterment coffee served in the lobby.

Walking distance to Disney. Customer service was fantastic. Nice hotel!

The location was absolutely perfect for Disneyland, only around a five minute walk to the parks which made such a difference after long days. We were upgraded to a larger room which was a lovely surprise and the staff at check in were really friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel left some lovely little surprises in our room which was a really thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed the pool area and really liked the free slush drinks they offered by the pool in the afternoon. The pool food menu was quite limited and we found it expensive for what was available. There were also a few small things with the room. The towels were quite small and, strangely, we were given far more towels than we could ever possibly use! Would have been nice to have shower gel now bars of soap. None of these were major issues though and overall we had a really good stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a very comfortable size. Staff was vey friendly and professional.

They did let us check in a little early, but they put us in a room on the end that ended up being next to where the dumpsters were, so we were woken up at 5am both mornings by the trash getting picked up...we were told that since we booked through Hotels.com, that's where they put us. Definitely put a damper on the trip since we had long enough days without being woken up at 5am. Aside from that, the hotel itself is fine. The pool was great and they did have some toys to play with. They do not offer breakfast and you have to pay for parking and also pay if you want late checkout, but it is right across from Disney, so the location was great.
