Air conditioning was completely off, took a while for the room to cool down. There is valet parking, which is great because the parking lot is tiny. The room wasn’t spacious, we had the room with the bunk beds. Felt like we were in each others way when trying to get ready. The rooms do need a bit of TLC, aside from that it was good. Would stay again.

This place had it all the location is what sold me at the beginning literally across the street from the theme parks and there is a Denny's and IHOP next door. For what I paid for the stay was totally worth it. I will be coming back.

WiFi was spotty, I got kicked off multiple times and had to use my cellular service. I was there for three days and housekeeping did not stop by one time to clean even though I had gone down to the front desk and requested for housekeeping in the morning. When I later called back after returning in the afternoon to the room the front desk said that house keeping does not make rounds until after 5pm which was false cause I saw them in the morning multiple times cleaning other rooms around me. So for three days I had no new towels and my trash was never taken out. Horrible service and I would not recommend or stay here in the future.

The staff was rude and was not able to help when needed. then the Wi-Fi did not work and when ask they said it was my device that was not working. I was able to connect with the same device at other locations with no problem. This location had been our favorite but this time we stayed, the staff was extremely rude. Love the location.

Room was very clean and a lot of room for our family. The bunk beds were comfortable and the refrigerator and microwave was a bonus. Will definitely stay again when were in the area.
