The rooms were not ready. One wasn't ready until after 4 pm, and one after 5 pm. After driving 9 hours it was highly irritating. The room tables were not cleaned, the toilet would not flush, bags were covering the smoke alarms, vent cover hanging down in bathroom, microwave had exposed metal with paint coming off, and had evidence of recent fire inside of it. Drawers were missing handles, carpet was smelly, comforters had burn holes in them. It was very noisy, people slamming doors and yelling all night. Absolutely no sleep due to the noise. No coffee pot or coffee. All shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers were empty. Only 3 towels, no wash rags and no hand towels. The cable for the TV was missing, so we couldn't watch TV. Black mold and cracks on walls and ceiling. This place should be inspected by the health department. Garbage under the beds. I do not advise staying there.

Cons: Some of the outlets did not work. There was a lot of noise and many druggies meandering about.

The room was super clean, smelled clean, had a lot of yummy food spots nearby, and had fun locations overall, very above average room wise The elevator felt a little wonky and no security patrolling

Bedroom was nothing like the pictures. A/c were awful and broken. Bathtub had a lot of peeling and dirty. Never again.

No room service outlets not working items missing. Kind of disappointing and hard to get ahold of them left some shoes behind

Great place to stay, we went to knottsberry and great location. Easy check in and great parking

Room was not clean at all, bathroom handle was broken, sink was not draining, bath tub was peeling, plugs by sink not working, ac was loud.

The dude in the office was actually cool I asked him about early check inn fee he said 20 the next day he returned it

I booked 2 nights at Buena Vista Inn for just my son and i. We planed a trip to the Disney parks. We were given a room on the first floor that had cockroaches, the towels were dirty from the previous occupants. The front door wouldn’t close properly and light would still come in from the door crack. At night we were able to fully hear both our neighbors conversations and sexual activities. The bed mattress was super uncomfortable and all the furniture was dirty. When bringing this up to the front lobby I was ignored along with the house keeping stuff. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this please! I will not be returning. Parking is very tight as well.

It was close to Knotts Berry Farm I asked for early check in. They said they could do it if I paid cash. I asked for a receipt and he said No receipts. I believe he kept the cash.

Liked how close it was to knots berry farm disliked we got one small towel only broken couch n bathroom smelled very humid
