Detailed cleaning in the rooms and exterior hallways and stairs could help. Extending the height of the shower head is definitely a must, not many ppl are under 5’ tall and the shower heads are super low

This is always the best place to stay: very large room and bathroom, very comfy bed, has a convenient ref and microwave, and staff are always courteous and excellent. Thank you to owner Sam for always accomodating my disability! You guys are awesome! None

The place is very clean. Beds are very comfortable quiet place respectful it’s a nice place to stay. I’m definitely gonna recommend this place and I’ll be back. I love this place.

The location was very convenient for our purposes. Was able to find parking in the lot. Staff was helpful.

I did not like anything about Buena Park Inn: The price was higher than Days Inn, but the room was not good, air conditioner was broken, room was hot as hell, but the staff member was angry, very hostile when I complained, eventually he had to change my room because he could not fix it. The front desk guy who worked at on Aug 5 was horrible, very hostile, but the front desk staff who worked on Aug 6 was very kind, supportive. I'll never visit Buena Park Inn again. They cannot rent the room that air conditioner was broken - room was hot as hell during heat wave. First and foremost, the front desk guy who worked on Aug 5, needs to be fired. He was very very rude, hostile, and angry to me who was a guest. He needs to be fired. The front desk staff who worked on today (08/06) was great.. I never had the front desk guy who is so rude, hostile like him (who worked on 08/05). He made my stay at Buena Park Inn - absolutely horrible.

El baño estaba limpio pero el cuarto y los muebles estaban pésimo viejos y sucios, las lámparas no servían, las paredes tenían varios ollos las esquinas estaban muy sucias como q tenia mucho q no las limpiaban los pasillos estaban muy sucios estaba en muy mal apariencia todo.

We got their big suite, It was very quiet, room was clean air conditioners worked great. They brought us extra towels so we could go to the pool. Their customer service was great. So I had only two problems with the facility. 1. The first problem was, I think the room was haunted. LOL The drawers on the dresser kept opening by themselves. It was a little creepy, and every time we get up to go to the restroom at night, we'd hit our leg on the drawer. 2. The pool could definitely use some work. The bottom of the pool had little craters in it, and when you walk on it, you could fill your toes go into little holes. Other than that, the hotel was great.Overall I give it four stars. The room was very spacious clean, very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Buena Park Inn. Although it is a budget-friendly property, the experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations. What made the visit especially enjoyable was that the front desk staff, including the manager, recognized me quickly and were incredibly welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel offered good value, a comfortable environment, and attentive service that made the experience memorable. As a frequent traveler, I especially appreciate accommodations that are both practical and hospitable, and Buena Park Inn delivered on both. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt this property definitely deserved that I submit one. I would gladly return and recommend it to others seeking an affordable and reliable place to stay.

The accommodations were exceptionally clean and spacious, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. The only improvement I would suggest is the addition of an air conditioning unit in the adjacent room. Apart from this minor detail, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

The air conditioner was holding on by a thread, there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. Overall, this place looks dirty, old and smelly.

The front desk man remembered me after a few years absense, which was amazing. I would have liked a room in the front to reduce walking, but otherwise it was fine. One thing I had hoped to accomplish was doing some laundry, which I found to be complicated. There is only one washer/dryer, and people would leave there laundry remain long after it was finished--preventing someone else access. Needs to be some rules about that. I will stay there some more.

The room was clean, there was parking. 10 minute walk from knotts. has air conditioning.

There’s roaches!! Ants and dirty floors!! The night auditor is creepy and the traffic is sketchy. I had to grab this room last minute for to Travel issues and regretted it! Do not even think about eating in the room, ants will be everywhere. Great location but needs to be renovated or torn down, especially being in between so many nicer places.

It was very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. It was worth my money.

Found roaches inside

Under no circumstance would I ever consider staying here or recommend anyone stay here. My daughter and I stayed here and she left cash in her bags while we went out and when we came back we discovered that her cash was missing. The only people that had access to that room was us and staff. When my son contacted management the manager had zero intention of helping us, he was rude and dismissive. He never even had the courage to call myself or my daughter to discuss what he found on his cameras. He even admitted to my son that he saw a staff member go into the room after we were gone and come out. When we were checking out he very condescendingly said "go ahead and file a police report". so we did. In addition, there was a helicopter overhead one night and they were clearly chasing a suspect and when we called the front desk to ask what was going on, the staff at the desk was dismissive and said "its nothing". this was such a horrible experience, i recommend everybody AVOID this hotel!
