Best Inn & Suites

We enjoyed a very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Room for all 6 of us comfortably. We do wish the floors would have been cleaner. Only one of our AC units worked, but it was in the room with the beds so we slept well. Location is perfect for walking to Knott's and saving on parking.

Not a comfortable stay, the beds were too stiff, the shower were disgusting with rust, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t good, it said breakfast provided but all I saw in the lobby was a coffee maker and there wasn’t even coffee, And the parking situation was just awful, not enough parking spaces and the hotel workers had us park in front of other cars blocking them. Yeah it’s close to Knott’s Berry Farms. But you can find better for the same price . Won’t be staying here again.

Great hotel I stayed at the price was a great deal and after I got to the room it was very nice and clean and they have direct tv cable with has all the good channels and it's next to lots of stores and stuff for sure will return next trip

Love the newly renovated room, second time staying and loved both times!

I used the pool for the 1st time, and it was amazing, the water was a lil cold n warm n it felt great. The room was nice and cozy, n the amenities were nice.

Exactly as advertised. Not fancy but a place to sleep for the night. Appears to be mainly for people who are working in the industrial/office building nearby. Not very close to dining options.

Great location, decent sized room for our large family of 6.

we were on the 2nd floor w little kids. no elevator and no rooms available on the 1st floor. their photos showed food/breakfast and there is absolutely no food offered. staff was nice and professional. we only paid for 2nites and we spent the majority of our time at knotts berry farm so just to sleep and a quick swim was ok. will not be booking at this hotel in the future because of the filthy room carpeted floor.

Rooms not as shown on pictures for website, old property and the room was clean but we got a very old room with cracked bath tile, freezer door was off from inside fridge, door that didn’t complete seal so light shun through early in the morning and there are so many people smoking on the property and vaping that the smell just lingered everywhere. Parking was a mess if you get there at night, it was beyond packed and we didn’t find parking. I really tried to have a positive spin so that my kids could enjoy the little time we spent there but I just couldn’t .

Terrible hotel, do not come here. Staff is not accommodating what so ever. Smells like mold. Mold everywhere. I'm sure we even got bed bugs

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I only stayed a couple of nights and didn't use the facilities, but I was happy with my experience.

Everything was well, room was clean and check in was smooth.. the only thing when i reserved through expedia it stated the hotel offered breakfast and it does not which was a bummer because that was one of the reason why i had reserved the room. Overall, the stay was good and location is good also there are restaurants close by, walking distance.

Beds : comfortable Pillows: like rock they need better pillows.. perfect location .. no breakfast but we walk to the gas station in the corner to eat breakfast tacos
