there is nothong not to like

They gave us only 1 key attached with electrical card for the room. So we couldn’t leave the room unless all of us should leave it also. I recommend to provide 2 keys (or seperate the card from the Keys)

Sadly, the Wi-Fi had very weak signal in our room. That’s why we had to use our E-Sim.

The location is great. Contrary to what is written in the listing, THERE IS NO PARKING. We chose this hotel in part because it listed parking. It is in the old town, with very narrow streets where it is impossible to park and manoeuvre. The room wasn’t super clean, and seemed to be designed for someone under 1.60m.

location was excellent. walkable from the tram stop that goes to the airport and heart of the old town. can enjoy the music downstairs. Air conditioning was not powerful. needed at least 1 hr to cool room, space in the room was very limited, steep stairs leads to the room hence difficult with heavy luggage.

The hotel is really nice, the bar downstairs has live music and the staff are very friendly. Alem was especially useful going above and beyond to help us.

Only the location is nice - you’re in the heart of the old town. However, be aware that taxis don’t go to the hotel itself and drop/pick you up within a 5 min walk to the closest drivable street. Luckily we are easy going people, so just tried to enjoy our vacation no matter what. Yet the place is not pleasant at all. The room was tiny, with old furniture, no blanket on the bed, and very slow air conditioning. We could hardly take a shower as there wasn’t good water pressure and water often was just cold. Several times the shower-head holder just fell off the wall. There was no cleaning for 3 days and it was done only when we asked for it, and only once. The most disgusting part of the experience was cockroaches everywhere! We seen them on our balcony and on the hotel stairs inside, and it was super uncomfortable to stay there after that especially. In addition, there was no drinkable water provided so we were taking it from the reception downstairs and in the end the hotel asked us to pay a big bill for all drinks we took there (which we assumed are free for the guests, and the personal confirmed it on the first day). The last point, not all staff speak English and none of them was able to help us with basic questions every tourist has. Beware that they indeed have a live music every night until around 1 am, so it is very loud in all rooms.

You can walk to the traditional neighborhood and very beautiful beaches in little time and back to your hotel for drink and listen to nice band; also you can go to the city center.

Badly spoilt by the very loud music. Impossible to sleep until 2 am. Should be advertised for 18-20 club We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and because it was in the old town thought we would book again. We were very disappointed at the age of 74 and 70 we were not told that there was live music for the 11 days of our stay until 1 o’clock every night and then another hour of people chatting and laughing in the bar which was just below our room, I really think Booking.com should look into this and advise people about the very loud music.

Location good breakfast non existent until after 10am and then no choice just one option of chips egg and sausage. Loud live music 7 days a week 8pm until 1am in bar just below rooms. Noise was awful until 2-3am when bar emptied out. It was not possible to sleep through it. No refrigerator in room when it stated there should have been. Rooms only cleaned and towels changed on request.

Perfect live music, customer services, and location is near by for the pickup of tourists groups. All was perfect.
