Friendly staff (receptionist even helped me make a medical appointment), very quiet rooms (mine was 9th floor), everyday optional cleaning, beautiful breakfast.

The staff are professional. The kitchen and breakfast are great. Despite my very early arrival, the receptionist organized a very quick/early check-in. It's quiet and comfortable and located at an approachable place both on walk and public transportation. Internet usage was easy and straightforward with a decent quality on the 9th floor.

Personnel Exceptional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just nearby there is a Mall. 20min walk from the old town. No parking. Breakfast was good. No scramble eggs or any kind of sausage. Average coffee.

Location is genius close to everything, 1 min walk to the mall, 1 min walk to tramway, that can also take you directly to airport, 2 min walk to main shopping area, all wholesale supermarkets behind you. Cleanliness, new facility, very delicious breakfast there is no View as you are the center of the city

The room is clean and spacious all amenities are available No bad smells No noise . Bed cover is a Blanket not a duvet but i was ok with that A tissue box in the room would be nice and more flexibility with check out time will help.

Modern,well-kept, clean, friendly staff . The beds need updating,at least top it with a foam topper for comfort . I only weigh 145 lbs and could feel it springs

the breakfast was great, a real turkish breakfast experience. great tea! in my room there was no curtain, i had a small window, but i could not sleep long in the mornings due to the sun light. The internet connection was not strong enough for video calls would get delays and some pages were very slow to load.

The breakfast was awful and extremely disappointing. It was clear that everything was done with maximum cost-cutting — very low quality, no variety, not even a simple Turkish breakfast. The cheese and yogurt were old and smelled bad. Food was not refilled, and no one cared even though breakfast time wasn’t over. I would rate the breakfast 0 out of 10.

Very nice hotel centrally located near all the main attractions, the Old Town and the tramway. A big shopping mall is 5 min walk. The room was spacious and clean, with bottles of water everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Smell of smoking in the room. By night we can hear the noise if the cars on the highway.
