Nice room with a/c - needed in the heatwave Appreciated the free sparkling water available all day Location very central and close to trams and buses Wifi was fine, but required us to log in again every time we used it. Breakfast was ok, but rather limited for the price. It was better value to have breakfast in a nearby cafe.

The staff were amazing, the self serve bar was so interesting, the breakfast buffet had everything you needed. I can’t wait to be back.

The location of the hotel is very good on order to explore the centre. I booked a tiny single and indeed that is what it was. €183 felt very steep for it (not including breakfast). The corridors leading up to the room are also very narrow and feel claustrophobic. I was particularly disappointed that they charged me on arrival, saying that I had only reserved the room. When I found proof of previous payment they refunded the room rate the next day.
