Good room with large terrace

Staff was exceptional, they were going out of their way to make accommodate the guests, but I had the feeling they were slightly understaffed at the time being (2 days in a row it was a new staff member his/her first day). Unfortunately the attitude of some guests was a bit questionable, especially knowing it's someone's first day on the job one could show a bit more patience. Breakfast was good, like in most hotels, but especially the fact that you can sit in the very cosy garden under trees was a great start of the day. Parking was slightly expensive, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, but then you car is very safe (so make sure to first drop off your luggage). The instructions on the map you get to get to the parking lot are outdated due to changed circulation, so make sure to use a gps. The working desk as advertised in my room was full with coffee machines and cups and not really useable to work until I moved the whole ordeal into the closet :) Airco was great and especially the rooms with the roof balcony are a plus. Only 1 elevator working for my entire stay (during the week) was questionable. Not specialist, but seems to me that fixing an elevator should be a priority.

Clean, spacious room with excellent air conditioner and a small balcony to sit out. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was wonderful, staff were accommodating and professional, and the location was easily walkable.

The room was lovely and very spacious, it even had a walk in closet! The breakfast buffet offered lots of different things and was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located near tram stations, so it was easy to get to the city centre and to the Afas Dome. -

Roomservice stars around 8am and they are quite loud. You hear them moving the beds and walking really loud. In this case we noticed the nose coming from the rooms above. The sound is so loud we woke up from it both days that we've stayed.. It made the experience less great

Since the room is big it does a fair amount of echo, and the corridor noise is very audible. I believe if they would substitute the main door for something more sound proof, and perhaps add another door inside this would prevent much of the outside noise. For a 4 star hotel the breakfast is lacking diversity, it wasn't bad but it doesn't look like a 4 star quality breakfast.

Very nice large room. Room for everything. Great service with the reception desk and room service. Enjoyed outside balcony.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and I recommend it fully ten times over as it was divine.

I ordered a taxi to the airport with reception, I was told the charge will be 75 eu, I was charged 97 eu

Apartments - lots of space, nice location. We have problems with central heating system and windows - was fixed same day and with good quality. Parking not in the same building but 5 min away. Staircase may be cleaner. Need to renew some kitchen equipment.

Location; communication; front desk responsiveness. Housekeeping didn't replace coffee/creamers, but front desk did. Missing light bulb in table lamp.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms very comfortable and clean Everything was ok

The bed and how everything was placed, also the view was nice. The balcony didn’t have any shaders, so we didn’t really have privacy when on the balcony and also people from other rooms could stand in our area which thankfully didn’t happen. And also the top shelf of the closet was coated in dust.

I liked the hotel building and the room. Also staff were friendly and helpful The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest!! Shower curtain smelled like damp and the shower it self could be cleaned extra. The decor in the room is old and so is the bathroom.

The location of the hotel not realy clean, and i didn't feal realy sade at night

Upon arrival, we were welcomed into a beautiful lobby area with friendly and attentive staff. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room looked exactly as shown on the website, clean and comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing short stay and would definitely return. We had some problems with the wifi. I informed the staff, but was informed that they didn’t have any other complaints about other guest…so didn’t properly helped looking for a solution.
