Smartflats Design - Old Town

The apartment is a very good size, with an enclosed balcony, overlooking the shopping street. It is very central and a good location.

We arrive at our property and dirty sheets were still in the property and no cleaning had been undertaken. Impossible to speak to Smartflats (other than via AI). Called Expedia in desperation who were also unable to help. Finally got relocated to another apartment.used Smartflats twice whilst in Belgium and will not be using them again

There was urine on the mattress. The shower head wasn’t connected to the shower line, the hot water was turned off and customer service was useless to help. There is a sleeper couch with a mattress that is ripped, dirty, and I guarantee is covered in bed bugs. The floor is dirty and will turn your socks brown. Oh and also the entrance code randomly changes so you may get locked out for a night. Good luck.

Esta no era lo que yo había reservado, me lo cambiaron en el último momento y en otra zona el que yo había reservado en un inicio estaba en el centro y este no, me tocó en un 4to piso y no había elevador y el costo de este era más barato de lo que yo pague y no me han devuelto nada.

Very large apartment, clean and couldn’t be a better location for transport and closeness to tourist sites.

In het apartement aangekomen, was het in het eerste oogpunt mooi en netjes. De muren en bank waren vuil en de vloer die plakte enorm. De kamers waren daarentegen heel schoon en netjes. Warmwaterknop van onze badkamer die was los, waardoor we alleen met lauw water konden douchen. De communicatie was helemaal top!

Der Eingang zur Wohnung befindet sich leider in einer dunklen Gasse mit Mülltonnen und –tüten die auch den Zugang zur Eingangstür versperrten. Die Beleuchtung zur Eingangstür sollte auch verbessert werden. Da wir die Situation aus einer früheren Besucherbewertung bereits kannten hatten wir eine Taschenlampe dabei. ;-) Wenn man den Zugang nicht überbewertet kann man im Appartement Smartflats Design - Old Town eine schöne Zeit verbringen.

Deux petites remarques : La box wifi est située à une extrémité de l’appartement et le signal ne se capte pas ou très mal dans les chambres sui sont situées à l’opposé. Également le canapé du salon n’est pas très confortable pour dormir.

This flat is in an excellent neighborhood. It was very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff contacted me with all necessary information and even checked in with me to make sure everything was suitable. One of the best places I've stayed in years!

A super location, perfect for exploring and a nice apartment but unfortunately needed a good clean. I would recommend if knowing acceptable cleaning standards were kept. Floors need a good mopping as walking in bare feet resulted in dirty feet & there was an issue with mosquito's. This must have been an ongoing issue and due to poor cleaning I could see squashed bugs on the walls, curtains & the roof & cleaning standards were definitely below the required standard.

Not allocated the apartment we had booked. The one we where given was filthy, with sticky, stained floors. Broken coffee table. Broken glass bottle in fridge. Used eyelashes on windowsill. Shower pan stained. Luke warm water. Blocked sink. The key that should have been in the flat was missing which resulted in being trapped between the apartment and the street as the push button to open the street gate was also broken. Tried 3 times to ring their emergency number. No reply. Rang Hotels.Com who came back to me saying that Smartflats would contact me directly, they did not. The following day, they sent me a message saying they had been in and fixed all the problems, which they also sent to Hotels.com. When I returned no one had been there at all. I have since emailed them three times and they just don't answer. AVOID!

A améliorer: dans la cuisine il faudrait un kit sel/poivre/huile/torchon svp. Pour la sdb, 2 serviettes/personne ou une seule mais plus grande que celle donnée aujourd'hui. Le passage menant à l'immeuble devrait être éclairé la nuit.

Great location. Modern spacious and well equipped accommodation. Shame there was no outdoor seating. Real downside is a lack of air conditioning. Not particularly hot when we stayed but the Appartment was stifling stuffy and pretty unbearable at night

Fantastisk lägenhet i ett mysigt område med närhet till många sevärdigheter. Ren och fräsch lägenhet. Bra information om egen incheckning inför vistelsen.

Prachtig groot appartement op mooie locatie, midden in centrum op de Meir. Goed bed en fijn balkon.
