TripInn Eden Antwerp

Location is 5-8 minutes walking from antwerp station. Breakfast is good. Air conditioned was not working and reception person immediately arranged for one fan. As per his immediate arrangement for fan, it seems that they are used to of this kind of complaints from other customers as well. I observed that AC was quite new and probably it might have been arranged it for NON Working. I was alone, so i could manage it; but if there are more members or family, then it creates problems. Service is good and staff is very helpful. Air conditioned should perform properly.

The hotel is poorly maintained. Only one of 2 elevators is functioning, the other requires manually closing the door. There were no controls for the air conditioning and TV in the room, had to ask the reception to turn on the aircon

Excellent location. Close to the Central Station. Great value for money. I don't remember having anything to complain about regarding the place.

Closeness to train station, on a quiet street, provided toiletries, front desk dealt with a demanding customer, and he handled it like a pro and super calm A bit moldy in shower tiles and ceiling as there is no bathroom fan, kind of loud down the hall with doors opening and closing

The location is fantastic, as it is withing walking distance (under 5 minutes) from the central station and the city center. Breakfast was amazing, with both warm and cold, sweet and savory options as well as good coffee with staff that is friendly and always willing to refill any items might they run out. Luggage can be stored safely at the hotel desk before/after check in. All and all, you get great value for your money. Room was slightly stuffy and there was dust under the bed. Cannot think of anything else.

Very good location. Bed was comfy Pretty old Hotel. Would need quite a bit of renovation. Mold spots at the ceiling in the bathroom

The price for parking.

The fact that the staff were rude and would not try to work with us on the changes that needed to happen. Life happens and that can change plans and needs. The staff would not try to find a solution for our room situation and did not cut our stay down as we needed it to. Ended up having to go elsewhere. And then fight with the hotel and booking.com to get our money back - still waiting for the outcome.

Price value ratio is very high, good location, reasonable price

The bed was nice and the location was ideal. it was near to main shops and restaurants. It was pretty noisy along the corridors, we even heard someone vacuuming in the middle of the night!

Location and Price Dirty. Bad smells. Tiny rooms. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Photos were absolutely misleading.

Location is good! Matres was good. Also the reception staff was nice, but not very helpfull But the room was old and not so clean sadly. Also the bathroom was dirty and the towels didnt smell very fresh.. Airco not working, and the staff at reception said there was someone coming for extra cleaning. But we never saw someone.

The bathroom was renovated, which was a good surprise given the entire hotel was old and dingy and stank of cigarettes. The entire hotel stank of cigarettes and felt unclean. The pics on booking.com were inaccurate; the hotel is nothing like them. Also it was way over-priced for the value it provided.

Simple easy great

Good location, helpful staff, comfortable room. Great value. Nothing really comes to mind.
