Very clean! The lady living the house is an absolute sweetheart. She would make me breakfast and dinner even though it wasn’t included, purely out of the goodness of her own heart. Her son is in England but is very good at answering on whatsapp any questions you might have. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Anuradhapura.

The rooms might look ok, the bed is fine and there is a mosquito net If you can avoid the kitchen and can deal with no-comunication, then go for it (at least it's cheap). Nevertheless the kitchen is a nightmare: mice running along the walls, food left there, dirt all-over... absolutely unusable (and I was the only guest there) The staff is nice, but nobody speaks English besides some nouns. Also for that reason the check-in lasted one and a half hour. They couldn't understand any question that I asked. For sure they tried their best (except when they said there were no mice in the kitchen right after I saw them, and laughed) but communication is a big problem.

Not reliable at all... Once we went there, they put the blaim on this app and didn't accommodate in their premises.. Extremely disappointing

Overall its okay. But the room floor dirty. Full of dust. Carpets were not clean. Bathroom was not clean. Price was low compared to other places.

The staff's cooperation was disappointing. Despite confirming our stay five days prior, upon nearing the location, we were informed that all rooms were booked. It's crucial for them to verify existing bookings before accommodating other visitors.
