We had a wonderful stay in the Deluxe King Studio! The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family. The staff provided truly exceptional service and went above and beyond for us. A huge highlight was the pool table located right next to our room, which the kids absolutely loved. The upstairs loft area stayed a bit too warm due to the A/C not quite reaching it, (there was a seperate Evaporative Air Cooler in loft, but it wasn't effective as A/C) so all three kids ended up sharing the King bed downstairs. Since they love sleeping together on holiday anyway, it wasn't an issue for us at all. We highly recommend this property!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the pool was well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was also very delicious and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Very lovely staff. We only booked 2 hours before arriving and they were very happy to have us. Breakfast was perfectly fine we had the local option with good curry. We said we wanted breakfast for 7am when asked as we planned a morning in the ancient city before the midday heat. We arrived at 7 but didn't get served until more like 20 past but the food all seemed to be cooked fresh which we were grateful for. No response on the booking.com app when messaging, we asked about bike hire and late checkout and just sorted bikes ourselves. There was multiple stains on the bed sheets when we arrived. We only booked 2 hours prior so I presume these were sheets left on the bed made up from when last cleaned as the hotel didn't seem full. As soon as we pointed it out the team gladly changed them for us. Bathroom door wouldn't close and no internal handle Pool initially had leaves but as soon as we arrived they cleaned it without asking.

The hotel is located at a convenient place to the city center and the sacred city. The staff was friendly and the meals were delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The room is large and clean. Very nice and the same as the photos on booking.com. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the attic has an overhanging concrete slab, full of dust. Therefore, the person sleeping in the attic got a severe sore throat and cough. No towel rack to hang towels.

Our rooms were not ready even after nearly 2.5 hrs. We have traveled more than 5 hrs with a 3 year old and the staff were not helpful to provide the rooms on time. We have requested a place to eat since our rooms were not ready and they wasted time by keeping us waiting. Finally, we got our rooms and We were 100% sure that they didn't change the beddings and we had to remove them. We are not going back or recommend this for anyone. Booked the king suite and the room was clean and spacious, probably able to fit up to 8 people if you wanted to. The staff members were welcoming and nice, the food was good. In short, everything we expected from the stay was met and even exceeded. In the king suite, the small upstairs futon bed gets cooling from a portable air conditioner, it wasn't working properly and would not provide cool air. Minor issue though as there was still plenty of space in the rest of the room.

Very large modern room. Everything clean: Swimming pool was also very clean, so remarks about that (from past reviews) seems solved. Pool towels available. Very day we got fresh water in the room. Breakfast is great and generous. We tried both Singalees and western. Beautiful cut fresh fruits. Normally I don’t eat in hotels but we did the first night because of tiredness and returned the second night: to choose exactly the same dishes! Very unlike us! Iow: It was excellent. They have to work on their organisation, because the first night the second dish came later. 2nd night much better. Everything seems really fresh. A fridge to keep the water cool would be nice. A better kitchen organisation and it deserves a 10/10.
