Adam Bungalows

Very spacious Bungalows around a big garden. Nice furnished private balcony. Mountain view from the balcony. Nice attached bathroom with a hot shower. Toilet paper, soap, shampoo and towels supplied. Water bottles and toilet paper are delivered on your balcony every day. There's a 7 eleven right across the street. Excellent WiFi and friendly staff. The charging outlets are inconveniently fitted, but you will make it work somehow.

I enjoyed a wonderful retreat in a quiet bungalow setting, right in the heart of it all. Clean, and the house keeping team was conscientious and the onsite laundry service was helpful. I highly recommend for budget-minded travelers. It met all my needs. I have no complaints.

Lovely balcony to sit and read with views of flowers, trees and the mountain. There was hot water, coffee and free bananas in the morning. 10 to 15 minute walk to beach. Quiet. It was all fine really. There was coffee but no tea bags! A standing fan is better as it is closer to keep you cooler. I chose the non ac room and in April it is very hot! I had to put a wet cloth over my body to keep me cooler in the night. I should’ve got ac may be!

The only thing is that it has no air con. The rest is ok

The location is great, right off of the main road and 10 minute walk to the beachfront. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I don't know of any other bungalows like this still in the heart of Ao Nang. It was nice to have all of the green space and views of the cliffs behind the bungalows. Free parking too. -

Good location, nice staff Not enough electrical outlets and not well located in the room. Sometimes water for showering was not working well

The location. In the midst of all the action but away from it.. it was quiet and private yet close to everything. Could not have picked a better location

Great location and vslue!

For a budget traveler Adam bungalow is perfect. Iy is super basic BUT the courtyard away from the busy toad is lovely for a morning or evening chill. Such a bonus. Only a fan in the room we had so day time hang in the room we had was not possible but night was fine. If you are heat sensitive and/or need to rest during the day. Get the AC unit. Bed a little hard and bathroom a little stinky but that has been a through line of all places we have booked that are around 700baht and have basic amenities only.

The location mostly :) it was also a cute vibe . I actually enjoyed the fan instead of the aircon Bathroom was abit ratchet. Other than that it was okay!

Great location, well kept garden. Many things don't work or barely work. Like warm water at best, micro fridge with constant drip from "freezer" to fridge, exhaust fan dead all 15 days, slippery when wet from rain floor outside needs mat (I almost fell twice), 2 power outages etc..

No air conditioner

The location is near everything yet very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and the internet was very strong from room #4. The room wasn’t made up.

We were just near the big rock! Big garden Great staff In the centre of main road Near night market about 2 minutes walk. Room was simple, clean and great bed. House keeper everyday gave us whatever we need. Super quiet as it is off the main road. We stayed 3 nights!!!

Super friendly

We first booked bungalow without the AC, and immediately regretted it. For us it was too hot. So the really friendly stuff said the is one bungalow with AC available and we took it. It was the game changer. The room was very spacious with big balcony and garden. There was a hot water in the shower as well. Two bottles of water and toilet paper was provided daily. The location is very central, surrounded by restaurants and stores. Also, there is 7/11 just across the street. It can be a little clearer.
