A short walk to the main tourist area but still central. Nice to go back after a long day plunge in the pool because it’s quiet area

Amazing hotel, worth the money. Nice staff, perfect breakfast, good pool. Very comfortable beds and room. Clean and easy. The wifi connection was terrible. If someone is there to work I can imagine the frustration . It should be better in such a hotel.

Good location i guess Not sunbeds at all!! Only couple of them and they are in the shadows the whole day! Had to go to the beach everyday or then walk to the other pool area that we found on the last day. It was not mentioned anywhere and it was outside of the hotel area in this little side part. Room was not cleaned and had to ask many times and the gym was extremely small

We loved being walking distance to most things in the city, but also loved that the hotel is off the main road and we could enjoy some peace and quiet

Kids club not so clean, they only tidy up in the morning before the kids club open, best if you can do it on the evening so we no need to wait to the staff to tidy up before come inside, the housekeeping not so friendly

Location and it was clean but we had major issues with our bath water been dirty The bathwater was brown we told them but took 24 hours to sort and after we had to run the water for 5 minutes to clear every time we wanted to bath the kids

Wonderful hotel, in a fantastic location where night life, restaurants, shops and the beach are easily within walking distance.

Clean, good location, pool, comfortable beds

The hotel overall was very nice, with a jungle vibe, hearing birds singing in the morning, a beautiful experience I liked everything, except for the Christmas Party. It was very hot at the tables and they didn’t give us water. You had only one drink included in the price and had to wait a lot until you received that drink. I assumed that water would be available for everyone and the alcoholic beverages, juices would be at extra cost. Having to wait for a glass of water for more than 30 minutes in a very hot environment really ruined our evening.

Loud music from the hotel restaurant until late. Also, they let people check-in at night making so much noise that doesn't let you sleep.

Very close to Aonang beach, restaurants, night market, cafes. staff was helpful and cheerful. Breakfast spread was good, fresh fruits, live counter all was good. Swimming pool is clean and excellent. Hotel provided beach towels and carry bag for our daily use. No complaints. They can do better Indian vegetarian options by adding Poha, Paratha, upma etc. current spread of Indian food is actually lunch menu :)

Staff were nice and helpful, we asked to move rooms because of the noise from the construction site near by and they found us a similar room on the other side of the hotel quickly. The hotel is in a good location in terms of walking distance but the street outside till the main road is not nice to walk with children, limited sidewalks and busy traffic. new room was very noisy, we heard everything from the next door room (with a thin, literally cracked, connecting door), and we could hear every door shutting in the corridor. the kids club had very little activities and the kids pool is for young kids <4. eventually we checked out 3 nights earlier than planned as the noise interruptions at night were ruining our vacation and after try two rooms there was no point thinking any other room would be better.

The location and the facilities. My son and baby had very bad food poisoning. The restaurant was enable to provide any meal kids friendly like simple instant noddles. Their answer was : go and buy it at 7 eleven…while both of them were sick vomiting. We stayed more than a week there. So we were considered as long term guests. Finally I asked for a bold egg and they charged me for it… I guess a simple gesture as offering this bold egg for free would have been appreciated considering the circumstances.

Nice personnel clean rooms and good organization for day trips Dont take care of the leaks everywhere in the pool area. Don’t think the hotel will survive another 5 years. Rude customers seems like the personnel is scared of them we would have people throwing bottles of alcohol and screaming in the pool the whole night

Very easy to use and find everything! The pool is very close to the properties/ rooms and there is a lot of people staying late drinking at the pool which leave us with some noite by night

The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable. If everything goes alright, the stay could be very pleasant and comfortable. We have been staying in this hotel for many years. But if something goes wrong (flight delayed, cancellations and changes required) do not expect that the hotel will take the customers side.

We choose a swim up room which was lovely but can be a bit noisy. We had the last room so less people coming by! Location is perfect very close and walking distance to everything. Breakfast has everything you need. We don’t have lunch or dinner All was great
