The pool. The lady that served breakfast was kind too. There was brown stains on the bed sheets. the room wasn’t clean. I cleaned it myself with their cleaning supplies. The bath tub had rust looking inside and some on the outside side. The toilet paper holder came off and had to be fixed. Very small pillows. And to top it off they charge my me and my team for pool towels that was left in there. I was falsely accused of taking them. And the lady for the evening time at the front desk was very rude.

Bathtub they are patching it and yhe stuff comes off. Also the sink stinks so bad needs to be cleaned thr little hole in the front with bleach.

They're is a young lady that works there she is the sweetest customer service clerk sweetest as honey. She diffen6needs a Raise. I came one time she helped me unload my wheel chair and load it the next day. SHE'S AMAZING Bathtub they are patching it and yhe stuff comes off. Staff was very friendly room was clean n nest bed was excellent to sleep on did not like location Once we 8 bo9ked my reservation through booking.com my reservation was not found 5he day before my check in. I called t j e hotel s3veral times n was told I did not have a reservation. I was told to call booking.com to see why my reservation was n9t showing. We finally got that corrected I requested a handicapped accessible room due to my disability with a walking shower. Upon my arrival the room we had wad not handicapped accessntible. 5he phone in the room was not working. When I called the front desk from my cell she said 9h. Some of the phones work n some don't so your phone probably doesn't work. Also agree wi we arrived around 7:30and the room was extremely hot and I have asthma I asked the desk clerk why the air was not turned on since my check in time was $3:00 ,she said we do not turn air on until I our arrival. I disagree with that due to the heat n also your staff does not know customers medical history. So the desk provid3d me with a handicapped with step in shower at no extra cost. We were told breakfast was free but not given the time so we missed breakfast because we were never told it was at 9:30. I will not be using this hotel again .
