Rodeway Inn High Point - Archdale

It would have been nice to simply come in a hotel room and not see little pieces of trash on the floor, but it seems that you did one better and let us come into the room with yellow stains on the sheets. If that wasn’t enough we also had the privilege of not even having a shower curtain, no soap, a backed up toilet, no extra towels while also having to ask for towels 3 different times to never get any. If that was simple enough the tv doesn’t work. Half the room sockets are busted and we can’t even have a room with toilet paper. You had one helpful employee and it’s seems they are only available durning the night.

Beds were comfy and staff was very nice and welcoming. Also room was quiet and hotel is in a great location. Room was a little dirty and the pool was not in service. Also there was no breakfast went I went down at 8 and was told it would be out til 9.

The pool was closed which was a huge disappointment

First there was no water in the pool. It said they had a jacuzzi but it was a jacuzzi tub which was not inviting. There was pee on the side of the toilet. The room was hot all night. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we checked out after one night. I would not stay there.

The staff was good the fridge wasn’t clean had something red spilled in the freezer had to ask to have it cleaned they cleaned it right away after being asked. The TV cuts in and out all night like it buffering the pool was empty no water in it the hot tubs are only if you pay for a room that your bathtub comes with jets on it didn't know that till we got there and they didn’t have anymore available over all it wasn’t horrible but just wasn’t what was advertised

Gargage bags in hallways, smoker smell overwhelming in lobby. Broken windows exterior doors, ext hall door locks not functioning, elevator out of service, I have health issues and 3rd floor stairs were filthy and hard to get up.

Worse than terrible. Dirty room, juice machine not working, coffee area a mess will never choose this hotel chain again. No smoking room reeked of smoke.
