Very good customer service.

They were very helpful with getting a document printed for me. It was convenient to where I needed to be for my trip.

False advertisement, i booked expexting a hot tub and there was not one on site at all.

Staff where great when I needed help. The property is a bit outdated and rooms show their age, mine had hole in bathroom door, to holder falling out, no stopper in sink, but rest room in good condition

Room had a musty smell

The bathroom had a broken light fixture that was ready to fall down. Took half an hour to figure out how to get the shower to come on. There was hardly any pressure in the shower, so you could actually still feel the soap on your body.

The only complaint is the toilet was a little small and will be difficult for larger people and also it was low to the floor. Other than that everything was fantastic

Location The establishment is notably aged, with a history of staying there several years prior. The rooms exhibited significant wear and tear. The main door required considerable effort to operate the lock, and the bathroom door required substantial force to open. Additionally, the refrigerator emitted an odor reminiscent of spoiled milk, leading us to refrain from using it. The room also imparted a damp atmosphere and a persistent odor. Consequently, I do not intend to stay there again.

Everything was good

Only thing I liked was it was less 10 minutes from my family I was visiting for weekend Roaches/floor wasn't vacuumed & fire alarm went off 7am & after 11pm. Will never stay at this place again. Not a clean facility at all

The sheets were stained & it was dirty & smelly. There was no elevator & our room was on the second floor.

Beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

A little out of the way. Old facilities but clean

Property needs to maintained better. The amenities are either broken or poorly maintained. Bathroom fan and AC are too noisy. Breakfast is okay.

First room was disgusting. Smelled like an ashtray and the ceiling was down in the bathroom. They moved us upstairs, no elevator, to a room that was at least presentable. Shower handle was broken and there were stains on the bed spread. The night auditor was great when we checked in. He apologized for the first room and got us in the second one but apologized again for putting us up a floor, no more on the first floor. The 2 ladies in the morning at check out were rude. They were more interested in smoking then helping my wife with check out and were bothered by her asking for a receipt. Our first and last visit to this property.

Just the staff It was too much noise and my room was right next to the dining area and I heard it all from them doing to breakfast to the cleaning. The doors were slammed all night . Just couldn’t sleep.
