Friendly staff, nice room, great breakfast

Pool and hot tub clean and we'll maintained. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Good location near restaurants

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was you had to pay for parking which I never had to do at any hotel

Our room was fine, we were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of service during the time that we were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and refreshed every day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical but the area was clean and large enough to seat many guests. The area was quiet and kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great one night stay for our family of 4. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed the pool area!

Tub needs slide proof surface on the bottom.

Wonderful value for the money! The hotel was recently renovated and it was beautiful. The staff was very warm and professional. The room was spacious and immaculate. The bed was so comfortable! I was especially impressed with the very generous breakfast I found waiting for me the next morning. Exceptional in every way!!

Our flight was delayed so we came super late. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Clean, pleasant, large rooms.Location convenient to downtown by car or 15-20 minute walk.

There were pubic hairs and other hairs in the shower and on the shower curtain when I walked in the bathroom. Just not cleaned properly. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We chose this Hotel after reading the nice reviews and about how clean everything is. We didn't feel disappointed after we'd walked in and looked around. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was less than friendly. After we were took our bags to our room & laid back on the beds to take a pause after our long drive, we discovered... The pillows in our assigned room were below any standard of pillows we ever experienced. They appeared fluffy and soft, only to amount to a flat fluff of nothing once you lay your head down. They were so bad and uncomfortable. Putting 2 together was of no help. I phoned down to the office to see if we could possibly get different pillows? I was told, "no".

The hotel was very nice, outside of the hotel is a rough area. A lot of individuals under the influence and made my children very uncountable. Hot tub was not super clean either.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
