Hampton Inn Asheville-Tunnel Rd.

We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and the staff at this one is the best we’ve run into. Every single one of them was kind and helpful and welcoming. Front desk worker gave us room with a great view, Debbie the maid always asked us if we needed anything when she saw us in the hallway. Hotel was extremely clean in all areas, saw them even scrubbing foot scuffs by entry every day. Our room was comfy and quiet and modern. Very nice pool and hot tub. Great location to get to Blue Ridge Parkway and to downtown and everything in the area. Great breakfast. Overall just a really great stay and great value for the price. We will be going through this area frequently in future and will definitely be staying again.

The staff were great and very attentive. Only issue we had was the housekeeping which was our fault but they thought we had checked out it was only 9:30 am. The do not disturb sign on the door

This property was not as I expected. This was not a nice neighborhood . Homeless sleeping in the landscape . I didn’t feel comfortable there, with my daughter and myself . I left and went down the street. To a different Hampton . I thought there would be walkability and near the things to do. It was not that. The building itself was fine looked clean . But even the manager told me not safe don’t walk around . Not where I wanted to be. Just didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood looks run down .

Clean and comfortable. The landscape and flowers are gorgeous. Staff that checked us in were amazing. They were helpful helping us navigate the city and making recommendations for us

Our room was clean. A/C worked well. Staff was very friendly especially since we had our 6lb. Yorkie with us. Nice location. Easy in and out
