The room was clean the property is close to Biltmore estate and lots of other things to do. The issue was the extras the fitness room was out of order, the hot tub at pool was out of order, the luggage cards are a triangle shape and not very sturdy I had two people tell me they tipped over while full one taking a lady with it to the ground. The second day the television went out and we were told it was a city wide problem, hard to believe the whole town lost television for four days.

Meal staff very helpful. Helped fill thermos with coffee etc

Location was great offering quick access to downtown and Biltmore estate. Large comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was fine - as you would expect. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

Great experience from the check in to checkout. We will be back when visiting Asheville. Thank you

My flight was delayed and I knew I'd arrive after 4 AM. Starting around 11 PM the night before, I called the hotel directly at least a dozen times to give them a heads-up no answer, not once. I then called Expedia, who also tried reaching the property and got the same silence. Expedia's own system showed the front desk closes at 3 AM, meaning no one would even be there to check me in. Given that, taking an Uber to a locked front desk at 4 AM made no sense, so I didn't go. When I later asked for a refund, the hotel refused despite having ignored every attempt I made to communicate with them beforehand. A hotel can't be unreachable all night, staff an unmanned desk after 3 AM, and then keep a guest's money for not showing up to a building nobody was in. If you're booking here, know that "24-hour front desk" isn't reliable, and don't expect any flexibility if your travel plans go sideways.

James was very friendly when we checked in. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. It was quiet, away from the lights and sounds of downtown nightlife. We were close to restaurants, Biltmore, interstate, and shopping. The hot tub was roped off to not use, which was a bummer for the young adults in our group. They did enjoy the waffle maker for breakfast though. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an issue that needed to be resolved. As i bought the rooms on a third party site, i had to get them to solve the issue. However i also took it on myslef to get in touch with the property where upon, the assitant general manager was AMAZING in solving the issue, way before the 3rd party provider could reach the hotel. However, as policy required, we still had to wait till the 3rd party EVENTUALLY go through to the hotel on the day we arrived. From arrival to departure for the 2 nights stay of a party of 12 and the team really made us feel welcome an appreciated. I would rate his services at overperfect (if there is such a word) and give the facility a perfect. Thank you and we'll surely use the facility again in the future.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be considered; very basic fare.

The area can be a bit unsafe due to many unhomed individuals .
