I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Another thing I appreciated was the availability of good parking, which made things very convenient, especially when traveling by car. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean room, good breakfast, friendly service, and convenient parking.

I appreciate spring hills for making my husband and I 10 year anniversary special. We were initially supposed to stay somewhere else but this hotel allowed us to transfer her and work with Expedia. Also when our toilet wasn't working they accomadted us to another room we book previously. I appreciate y'all so much. Y'all turned a sour situation to a beautiful one. Also the hotel was beautiful down to the beautiful carpet and furniture in each room. The staff was very friendly and hotel very clean! I love the complimentary breakfast and free parking!

Our room was not ready at the 3pm checkin time and we had to come back later to check in. There was no prior notification that they were doing construction. The reverse warning beeping of 5am construction dumpster pick-ups was not pleasant.

Nothing could have made me get in that pool...it looked...viscous and was foamy. No thank you. Homeless services across the street, so make sure to lock your car and remove valuables although thats always a good idea

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so I want to be fair. Staff was very helpful and we loved the way the room was designed. The extra space for desk and kitchen area. Also, the vanity area separated from the tub and toilet are was usual for 3 women getting ready. Breakfast was adequate, withe same moldy orange in the fruit basket 2 days in a row. I removed it and took it to the front desk.

Location. Staff was dismissive. Construction going on at all times day and night. Construction staff drinking and congregating on 2nd floor while they had multiple youth sports teams staying onsite. Bugs in bathroom. We waited 18 minutes to get into our room because none of the keys were working.

We liked the location. We had a warm greeting when we arrived. This location is being remodeled we stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was very nice.

Property under construction, which is great, but they didn’t keep things out of the way. It was hard to navigate around construction materials. Most importantly, a back/side door was propped open the entire 6 day stay. My wife said something multiple times to the night shift front desk about concerns for safety and it was brushed off. I booked my remaining time in Asheville at another place.

It was just ok. Let me start with the positive - MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE! The front desk lady was very kind as well and helpful. That was the positive. As far as the property, the construction (which we knew nothing about) made it hard to navigate at times. The workout room was functional but dirty with no wet wipes, cleaner, or towels which is nasty. The downstairs bathroom outside the gym was disgusting and not properly stocked. The construction was loud and the elevator was awful. We took it one time coming in, and the stairs the rest of the time. There was a substance in the hall as well that the staff never picked up our entire time there, and the breakfast was surprisingly NOT GOOD for this particular hotel. I gave it a 3 star, not 1 because the room was so nice and the bed was comfortable.
