We'll be back for our next stay! Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Rooms, pool, grounds grounds are well kept and clean. Location in a nice area with restaurants near by walking distance.

Wonder hotel! Very clean and charming-perfect accommodations for our visit to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Only a 7 minutes drive to the theaters. We loved the hot breakfast, pool, and hot tub. We will absolutely stay here again.

The individual at the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful to my wife on the morning of check out, and when I went down to fetch the items, she was in the same mood. Later in the morning at check out, her day had apparently not gotten any better with the progression of guests. On the high side, I enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub area, but it did not appear to be cleaned overnight. I used the gym/work out space (they were quite strict about the time to go in), but again the place was not particularly clean, with cups and towels around, when I was the very first individual present in the morning. The breakfast helper was pleasant, and the food reasonably palatable. For novelty sake I tried the pancake making machine, perhaps version 2.0 will be more effective at actually completely cooking the pancakes. The vista was beautiful, and the setting sun against the mountains and trees while relaxing in the hot tub was almost Elizabethan magic (especially after A Midsummer's Night Dream).

The place was clean and fhe staff friendly. They should have an elevator.

The hotel is a pretty property, well maintained, clean and the personal were nice.

The front desk was kind and helpful. Made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. They accommodated our pets and even gave us as part of the welcome, treats for the dogs and a sheet for the couch. That was really helpful in helping us to ensure our pets didn't negatively impact their furniture. Loved they did this. We will definitely be staying here again on out travel back to Mexico in the fall.

The outdoor pool was a great feature and provided a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. It was clean, well-kept, and easily accessible. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, great amenities, and a quality breakfast made this a memorable experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. El Paraíso is around the corner and is really good!

The room was very cleaned, the premises were closed to restaurants and the freeway.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. The location is very convenient, right off I-5 and 10 minutes from downtown. I ate dinner in the restaurant next door twice and enjoyed the meal both times. I will definitely stay here again!!
