Timbers INN and Suites

It is a small motel with great service and a mile from downtown Ashland.

I stayed for one night on two separate occasions w/in a week.. 1st stay was excellent (king bed rm 200), 2nd stay was only fair (queen bed rm 114).. th subtle hum of AC’s all around was a bit much, & bed was not as comfortable as prev stay.

The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning.

Well maintained and very clean. Cute little motel in downtown Ashland, close to any activities or attractions you may want to see. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was as described. Will definitely stay again!

A good choice for basic, comfortable, clean, well-managed shelter. Located strategically (for my purposes) near Ashland's high-end grocery store, gym, university and morning coffee hub, it can't be beat

Absolutely love it! I only stay at Timbers when I visit Ashland.

This is the best place to stay for the money in Ashland. Basic, clean and comfortable. No frills but all the basics including a refrigerator, microwave....and pool! The pillows may not fit side sleepers...bring your own, I do. And the AC works hard on really hot days to get the room cool..

We haven't used the pool. It's small but we've seen a family enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stay here frequently on our travels.

Great place to stay, we had the 3 queen bed room and it fit our family of 6 perfectly. The fridge and microwave worked like a charm.

No napkins with the coffee. Coffee is a little weak in flavor.

There was no tea or spoon. The tv was not connected to the internet. The door lock was very difficult.

This was the third time my husband and I stayed at Timbers INN and Suites and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, the staff is super helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean, and with everything needed including a refrigerator. Additionally, there is free parking. Do not miss this gem. The price is also great in terms of value. Nothing could be better. :-)

Clean rooms, attentive and kind staff. Comfortable beds and good AC. Short bus ride to Ashland city center, even shorter drive.

Excellent place! Clean and cozy, comfortable bed, good location, friendly staff. Everything you need for a pleasant time in Ashland. Would absolutely stay again :)
